Tippaleipa Funnel Cake

Tippaleipa (pronounced Tee-pa-LAY-pa) Funnel Cake was established in 1985, and is Lane County's original purveyor of fine Funnel Cake. Tippaleipa has, over the years, served many festivals and events in the Willamette Valley. Tippaleipa funnel cake is a Finnish pastry which is traditionally eaten during Finland's May Day Festivities to celebrate the end of the long, cold winter, and to welcome the warmth and light of spring.

Our Reputation

Working to achieve a good reputation has brought us compliments from event sponsors, health inspectors, and the public. We take special pride in the visual appearance of our booth and in the cleanliness of our work areas.

We are able to handle both large and small crowds, providing the same clean operation, high quality food, and friendly service.

"A Taste Delight in Every Bite"

Our Booth

funnel cake boothOur Chalet-style gabled booth is a charming attraction. It is pristine white, with a Scandinavian blue roof, and takes only a 12' x 8' space, with the length across the front.

We decorate with flowers and flags. The front of the booth is fully open with windows and a viewing area where customers can watch their funnel cakes being poured and cooked.

A porch-like covering offers customers shelter from sun or rain as they select from our fresh yet simple menu.
